GEOSYNTHETICS

Geocomposites drainage

A geocomposite is the combination of two or more geosynthetics using heat and/or adhesives, combining their features to produce multi-purpose materials. Geocomposite drains are comprised of a drainage core or three-dimensional geospacer, which can be of various types and made of various raw materials, that allows in-plane drainage, and by non-woven geotextiles on one of its sides to filter the liquid, avoiding clogging the product and guaranteeing water seepage through the mesh.

ALVADRAIN M

The Alvadrain M Geonets are comprised of two overlapping high-density polyethylene (HDPE) strands, intersecting at 60°C, providing high-capacity channelized water evacuation, even when subject to large loads and under reduced inclines.

Its bi-axial design allows for bi-directional drainage, an essential feature in order for it to adapt to all types of ground.

Alvadrain M is resistant to attacks from the chemical and biological agents that are usually present in natural soil and in organic or inert waste products.

ALVADRAIN T

Alvadrain T is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tri-axial drainage geonet comprised of a sturdy central strand and two exterior strands that provide stability and significantly increase tensile strength and compression compared to the bi-planar geonets.

The ALVADRAIN T tri-axial design, with a high-profile central strand, provides a high drainage capacity and high resistance to crushing that is usually associated with large accumulations of waste.
