TUBULAR FFS FILM
The FFS tube provides one of the best packaging solutions in automated processes. The bag is shaped, filled and automatically sealed during packaging. The format is tubing on a reel. We offer a wide variety of our own formulas to quickly and efficiently adapt to the packaging machine. We have the most advanced technologies that, along with our own formulations, allow a reduction in the tube gauges and therefore lead to more sustainable products that reduce the amount of plastic entering the market.

VFFS SHEETING
Polyethylene sheeting that is formed into bags on the automatic packaging machine, also known as VFFS (Vertical Form, Fill and Seal). It is sold as a printed or non-printed sheet on a reel. We offer a wide variety of options for optimum packaging, depending on the industry, use and client technical specifications. We develop our own formulations, designed to weld under the harshest conditions, both in humid and dusty environments. We develop and offer GPT (Gloss Protection Technology), which preserves the printed service from damp, dust and abrasion by applying varnish that protects, as well as provides a perfect shine and finish.

SACKS
This is the most traditional and effective alternative for manual or automatic bagging. We offer a wide variety of formats and sizes, depending on the client’s needs and technical installations. We manufacture sacks using polyethylene and BOPP-laminated polypropylene.

BIG BAG/FIBC
The big bag is also known as FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container). These are intermediate-sized flexible containers, perfect for storing and transporting bulk goods. They are designed for loads between 500 kilos and 2500 kilos, manufactured with woven polypropylene and some models with polyethylene liners, both being recyclable materials.
Big Bags are easy to store as they are compact when folded, they are easy to fill and handle, they do not require a second packaging and are easy to transport when full, using either their handles or on a pallet.
They are currently being used in practically all markets (industry, agriculture or food), making it much easier to load and transport goods.
They may be either single trip or multi trip. Multi trip bags can be used several times, saving on costs and optimizing resources.

The various Big Bag models come in a combination of fabrics (standard, laminated, filtering, vented), upper/lower finish (open, closing skirt, valve, covered/closed, valve) and additional elements (polyethylene bag inside, printing, labels or document sleeve).
All of this contributes to making the Big Bag the most practical and flexible container for bulk products.
